Almond Protein Flax Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup flax, ground
  • 10 dates, pitted
  • 4 tbsp coconut peanut butter
  • 30 g vega vainilla
  • 1/4 cup flax, whole
  • 1/3 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1 tbsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground

Method:

  1. Add all above ingredients into your blender or food processor
  2. Pulse ingredients for approximately one minute or until the mixture is moist and crumbly
  3. Using a tablespoon, pick up the mixture and begin to create small ball formations (about the size of a toonie) by rolling them in the palm of your hand (you may also want to add some coconut oil onto your hands to avoid it sticking)
  4. Once the balls are complete, you can roll them in fresh coconut shreds, cocoa powder, or seeds
  5. Place the bliss balls on wax paper and stick them in your refrigerator overnight in order for them to set
  6. ENOJY :)
