Whenever I'm not feeling so hot I always try to fill my body up with more vitamins and nutrients as an attempt to quickly heighten & strengthen my depleted immune system. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. Regardless I try!

  • 1 small avocado, peeled
  • 1 small mango, diced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon flax, ground
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1.5 cup ice



Start with adding the ice into the bottom of your blender. Next add the rest of the ingredients. Blend ingredients until smooth. Top with hemp hearts
