Banana Seed Bliss Balls

I've been struggling a lot lately with finding healthy snacks for myself. But, time and time again I continue returning back to my beloved "bliss balls". I love that I am able to bring them anywhere with me- and they actually fill me up pretty good too!

  • 28 small bliss balls

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ground flax meal
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup natural agave nectar

  1. Add all above ingredients into your blender or food processor
  2. Pulse ingredients for approx. one minute or until the mixture is moist and crumbly
  3. Using a tablespoon, pick up the mixture and begin to create small ball formations (size of a toonie) by rolling them in the palm of your hand
  4. At this time you can roll your bliss balls in coconut, cocoa powder, or more seeds
  5. Place the bliss balls on wax paper and stick them in your refrigerator overnight in order for them to set
  6. ENOJY :)
