Pumpkin Banana Coconut Chia Seed Pudding
Enjoying a very cozy breakfast this morning. ❄️ | Sugar-free. Gluten-free. Dairy-free.
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup canned (organic) pumpkin puree
- 2 tbs flax seeds
- 1 tbs shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp stevia
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- Begin by mashing the banana in a bowl or mason jar
- Add additional ingredients into the same bowl or jar
- Mix the ingredients using a fork or spoon
- Allow the ingredients to set in the refrigerator overnight
- In the morning, remove chia pudding & enjoy!
