Pumpkin Banana Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Enjoying a very cozy breakfast this morning. ❄️ | Sugar-free. Gluten-free. Dairy-free. 


  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 cup canned (organic) pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbs flax seeds
  • 1 tbs shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 3/4 cup almond milk


  1. Begin by mashing the banana in a bowl or mason jar
  2. Add additional ingredients into the same bowl or jar
  3. Mix the ingredients using a fork or spoon
  4. Allow the ingredients to set in the refrigerator overnight
  5. In the morning, remove chia pudding & enjoy!
