Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 2 tbs flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp pb2
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 inch ginger root
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 kale leaf, stemmed 
  • + blend with ice
