chia pudding dairy-free yogurt parfait 

Chia seeds are absolutely amazing!

  • Packed full of Omega-3 fatty acids (richest plant source of healthy oil)
  • Aids in weight loss by helping you feel full longer and faster
  • The chia gel helps to hydrate the body
  • Packed in protein (1 tbsp or 15 g = 3g protein) 10% daily intake
  • High in fiber (1 tbsp or 15 g= 5g fiber)
  • Gluten-Free (unlike typical grain-source proteins)

Ingredients:

For chia pudding:

  • 1/4 cup white chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp pb2
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 3/4 cups almond milk

Parfait:

  • 3/4 cup So Delicious dairy-free cultured coconut yogurt
  • 3/4 cup organic blue berries + black berries

Method:

Mix or shake chia pudding ingredients together in a glass or container and place into the refrigerator over night- allowing the pudding to set. Shake well in the the morning then top chia pudding with your choice of yogurt and berries.

Enjoy best with a warm coffee
