Plant-Based Green Smoothie

Incorporating greens into your morning smoothie is a tremendous way to increase your vegetable serving in your daily diet. Organic leafy greens are filled with minerals that play a major role in promoting overall health and nutrition for your body. 

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1/2 granny smith apple
  • 1/2 lime (squeezed)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1.5 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1 tbs flax seed
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 dates, pitted

+ blend with ice until smooth
