Post yoga banana coconut protein smoothie

I woke up super early today (my day off) to get myself up and ready for my usual morning yoga class at Power Yoga Canada. After my mom telling me that the weather was super bad outside, I left earlier than usual. After my class I was able to practice teach my girlfriend the sequence that I have been learning in my teacher training. Once we finished, the weather was 10x worse then when I first arrived! I stopped off at the grocery store on my way home and got myself stuck in the parking lot! I finally arrived back home and I couldn't even get my car onto my driveway.. #nosnowtires :| I had no choice other than to bake and create new treats all day long! Can't say that I mind :)

Ingredients: 

  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 scoop vega one vanilla protein 
  • 1/3 cup dairy-free yogurt ( so delicious cultured coconut milk yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 handfuls ice

Method:

  • Blend all above ingredients in your blender/vitamix. Enjoy! xoxo
