No-Bake Pumpkin Banana Spice Chia Seed Pudding

  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 1/4 cup organic canned pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons white or black chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Optional: add stevia for additional sweetness 


Mix in any container or mason jar and leave to set in your refridgeator overnight. In the morning top with some additional ground cinnamon & enjoy! xo
