Homemade Apple & Cinnamon Flavoured Almond Milk

  • 1 cup raw almonds (soaked for 24 hours)
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 2 tbs. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 tbs sugar free vanilla syrup


  1. Strain the soaked raw almonds for 24 hours and then drain the liquid.
  2. Add cinnamon, apple sauce, vanilla, and water into your blender (i used my vitamix).
  3. Blend ingredients for 1 minute on highest speed.
  4. Strain the almond pulp out using a cheese cloth or tight knit strainer.
  5. (Refrigerate before drinking)

Homemade is the best way!
