Here is an example of my traditional POST CrossFit breakfast meal. It varies from time to time- but I stay pretty consistent with eating some form of eggs within one hour of the work out!
Today I made two 'sunny-side up' eggs, 1/2 ripe avocado, 1/2 tomato, and a large handful of kale! Simple, clean-eating made easy!
