Creamy pumpkin-pie smoothie for two

I love pumpkin! Pumpkin pie, pumpkin sweet potatoes, pumpkin bread and yes, even pumpkin smoothies. Get ready for a sea of pumpkin recipes coming from me this fall!

What you'll need....

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup organic purred pumpkin 
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cups coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • ice  

optional: protein, maple syrup , maca powder
