'It's Pumpkin season

Pumpkin pie smoothie on an Autumn day. So cliche? Maybe. And so yummy. And it's green too!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp. maca powder
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tbsp. ground flax meal
  • 2 tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut

+ blend with ice

Topped with shredded coconut and cinnamon :) Enjoy
