Home and sick ….. Gathering all of my energy to make some munchies today (aka bliss balls)

Almond+Date+Banana+Chia+Flax+Coconut Bliss Balls 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Cups flax seed meal
  • 1/2 Cup raw whole almonds
  • 1 Cup pitted-dates (about 15-18)
  • 1/2 Cup cocoa nibs
  • 1/3 Cup black chia seeds
  • 1 whole banana
  • 3 tablespoons almond+cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup natural agave nectar

Method:

Add all of the above ingredients into your vitamix or food processor. Pulse the ingredients till the mixture becomes a thick and moist consistency. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and then rub coconut oil on your hands to avoid stickiness. Using a tablespoon to pick up the mixture, begin to form small balls and roll them in the palm of your hand. Once you have successfully rolled all of your bliss balls, toss them in some unsweetened coconut shreds or cocoa powder! Store them in the refrigerator or freezer. Once they set, take them out and enjoy!

**This recipe makes 35 small balls**
