INGREDIENTS: organic quick oats, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pitted dates, unsweetened apple sauce, coo nut oil
- In a large bowl mix three cups of organic quick oats, 1/4 cup of flax seeds, and 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds (dry ingredients)
- Blend twenty pitted dates, one cup of unsweetened apple sauce, and one cup of filtered water
- Microwave 1/2 cup of organic coconut oil.
- Mix all ingredients together with the dry ingredients and then add an addition 1/3 cup of quick oats and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder. Line a glass baking pan or baking sheet (9x12) with a light layer of coconut oil and then fill it with the mixture. Cover the the dish with saran wrap and leave in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning slice the dessert into squares!
