This is the most perfect snack for the fall season….
- 2 cup. oats
- 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 medium sized banana
- 1/4 cup. unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1tbsp cinnamon
- 1tsp nutmeg
- 1tsp agave nectar
Method: Mix all the ingredients together into a large mixing bowl and line a baking sheet with a light layer of coconut oil…. Use a TBS to make tiny balls and then lightly flatten them out. Preheat your oven to 350 and then let the cookies bake for around 14-17 minutes!
