Pumpkin banana spice overnight oatmeal


Hurray for finding my new fall favourite!

Introducing my pumpkin banana spice Overnight oatmeal:

  • Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 med banana
  • 1/4 cup organic canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbs black chia seeds

 Method: Mix all of the ingredients together in a jar and let them sit in the fridge overnight. Easy peasy..
