- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 can of chickpeas (drain fluid inside)
- Agave nectar
- Coconut sugar
Method: Place the canned chickpeas on a tray (9x12) with coconut oil so they do not stick. Peel off the majority of chickpea shells and place them into the oven on convection bake. Once the chickpeas are baked, sprinkle cinnamon and agave or another type of sweetener/ natural sugar on top!
Pre Heat your oven to 400 and cook your chickpeas for around 40 minutes to 1 hour (depending on your oven bc I have burnt mine multiple times)
