Blueberry & banana chia seed pudding
- 3 tablespoons white chia seed
- 1 half banana
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 half cup almond milk
Start by mashing the banana in a small bowl and then slowly add additional ingredients. Leave the liquid mixture in the fridge overnight and allow all of the flavours to absorb. In the morning the mixture will have become a thicker consistency and filled with flavour.
