Apple Cinnamon Superfood Pudding

  • one forth cup Q I’a superfood (from whole foods= mix of chia, buckwheat, and hemp)
  • one cup almond milk
  • one half chopped apple
  • one teaspoon cinnamon


Mix all ingredients into a small bowl and allow the mixture to set in the refrigerator over night. The mixture will become thicker as all of seeds will absorb all of the almond milk and other flavors. Top with unsweetened coconut shreds
