What is The Pregnant Celebration?

The Pregnant Celebration is an opportunity to celebrate this important time
in your life in a fun, relaxed, meaningful way.

It is a ritualistic journey designed according to your desires to celebrate
 your pregnancy in a way that is meaningful to you. 

I take your ideas of the vibe you are looking for and design a celebration
 that will mark this profound time in your life.

It can be time for you to be pampered, to check in with yourself, to
transform any fears or personal issues that are coming up for you,
to prepare mentally, spiritually, and emotionally for becoming a mother,
to tune into your sacred self and bless this child that's about to enter
the world.  It's your time.

A vital ingredient of the celebration is creating a "Belly Cast" and I tell
you all about it below. You're going to love it.

How are The Pregnant Celebrations organized? 

The first part of our time together is creating sacred space and
participating in a ritual  that you and I have collaborated on to give you
just the right experience for you.  The word "Ritual" can sometimes have a lot of charge to it.  What I mean by it is personal practices that acknowledge our holistic nature of
mind, body and spirit.

The second part is creating the Belly Cast! The first part sets the stage
to make the casting a very special event.

This can also be a wonderful unique and fun Baby Shower.  Either your
friends and family can help with designing the cast or you can have it
done a few days before and they help decorate it!

What is a "Belly Cast"? 

A belly cast is a way to preserve your pregnant shape as a work of art. 
It is a 3D permanent plaster sculpture of an expectant Mom's growing
belly.
This beautiful cast can become a family heirloom, a gorgeous gift of
connection between mother and baby, and a source of deep fascination
for your child.  It can also serve as a reminder for that very special time
 in your life. Many people hang the cast in the nursery.

You can have just your belly cast, which is called a "belly bowl" (some
women have lined their belly bowls with a soft material as a very special
resting place for the baby's first few weeks).  You can also have your
whole torso area done or include your hands holding your belly.



It is 100% safe for you and your baby. It is a simple, fun process that you
 can do one-on-one, with your spouse, children, birthing partner, or
make it part of a unique baby shower.
